Drum Lesson : Cool Gospel Style Fill

I was watching a Pete Ray Biggin video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUSpkGf9MEA ) and was planning to work out lots of his fills. As usual I ended up spending a long time on just one of them - mining it for everything I could.

Two useful techniques in this video plus a big section on the importance/usefulness of using the correct strokes to play accented patterns.
